Feasibility studies and funding applications
We use our extensive experience of major projects with multiple stakeholders and funders such as NLHF to help clients develop initial ideas into fully formed fundable projects. We assist with NLHF Round 1 applications and develop schemes through to NLHF Round 2 submissions and on to project delivery.
Teaming up with activity planners and client partners, we create innovative interpretation plans. We undertake research, plan and generate content for all types of interpretation schemes including script writing, image research and interactive and audio visual briefs.
Museum and exhibition design
We design museums, galleries and visitor centres as well as permanent, temporary and touring exhibitions. Often we develop schemes for historic buildings and national monuments but have also worked in diverse environments; a ship, on a pier, in gardens and parks and industrial sites.
At the core of our design offer, our 3D designers develop concepts and create the spatial framework for the interpretation media. They coordinate with the project architect and M&E consultants to ensure the interpretation scheme is fully integrated with any new build or conservation architecture.
Our interior architectural work includes museum cafés, shops, reception desks and facilities.
Graphic design is an intrinsic component of our approach and is developed alongside the 3D design to create a fully cohesive scheme. Our strong graphics team can provide full brand identity schemes in addition to the interpretation graphics.
We design and develop linear and interactive digital media in-house. This expertise enables us to embed the digital strategy within our interpretation approach.
