Monsters of the Deep is a major new temporary exhibition at the National Maritime Museum Cornwall. It explores legends, folklore and modern-day science. It invites visitors to decide what lurks in the murky depths of the oceans.
Designmap worked closely with NMMC to develop the interpretation and carried out the 3D, interactive, digital and graphic design. The exhibition opened in August 2020 and runs until January 2022.
The exhibition is a highly immersive experience.
The show has been hugely popular with visitors and received a 4-star review in The Times:
